  Strong smell of cleaners in lobby and elevator during the evenings. Glad they cleaned but you need to do it right.
  
  Neighbor and setting was not as good as other comfort suites. However it was accessible to many stores, restaurant s, etc.
  
  Bathroom door did not latch closed.
  
  No reason or reduction in price when hotel lost power for roughly 6 hours. All businesses next to us had power. I left a message for the manager at the front desk.
  
  With a few minor improvements I would give a 4.
